Transitions….

Sometimes when we think of a new season we either welcome it with open arms or we dread it. No matter where you land, change is inevitable; this pandemic we are currently in the midst of should be teaching us that. When we practice yoga it prepares us our minds to shift much like our environment. So often though we allow fear of change to grip us and consume the energy we might need or use in other aspects of our lives. If we get in the habit of breathing, moving, and connecting with our bodies, I believe the change in season, life, health, age, jobs and anything else for that matters would not have such a profound affect and consume us. Instead of holding on tight to something we must release, we could welcome it with eyes and arms wide open.
