Yogibelle’s Yoga Schedule
I truly believe in making yoga accessible to all. I am passionate about serving you and meeting you where you are. I especially enjoy teaching beginners, those that need adaptive yoga and teaching yoga to children or adults with special needs. Yoga is much more than movement. I approach yoga with a wholistic approach including pranayama (breath work) as well as meditation. I create sequences and offer prompts that allows a participant to connect their mind and body in order to improve one’s overall whole wellness. You will leave class with more knowledge about oneself.
