
Deep, restorative stretching supports your body to be able to work, play exercise and live life to the fullest! Focus on breathing and longer pose holds using a chair and/or a. mat, plus pillows, bolsters and/or blankets for your support. Conclude practice in your favorite resting pose with a lavender eye pillow and a guided meditation with sounds for singing bowls, a steel drum and a rain wheel. Feel free to bring anything that supports your comfort and relaxation. Extra mats, blocks, straps and blankets will be available.
