
This class will be infused with breath work, meditation, singing bowls, a steel octave tongue drum, and a rain wheel!

Join me for a deep, restorative stretching supports your body to be able to work, play, exercise and live life to the fullest! Focus on breathing and longer pose holds using a chair and/or mat, plus pillows, bolsters and blankets for extra support. Conclude practice in your favorite resting pose with a lavender eye pillow. Please bring extra blankets, pillows and supports to make you feel as comfy as possible!
